DENVER - The Denver Broncos released cornerback Tony Carter and running back Justin Fargas on Monday, FOX31's Josina Anderson reports.
Carter, in his second year in the NFL, sustained a hamstring injury. He joined the Broncos in 2009 as a free agent from Florida State. He played in two games for Denver last season, one as a starter.
Fargas was signed by Denver as a free agent on Aug. 11.
