( Mark Randall/Staff ) A marker at Woodlawn Cemetery in West Palm Beach memorializes victims of the 1928 hurricane. White victims were buried in the cemetery while black victims were buried in a mass grave at the corner of Tamarind Avenue and 25th Street. |
