Meet the chef:
Andres Jimenez is the Executive Chef at The
Ritz-Carlton, Denver. Originally from Costa Rica, Jimenez
studied culinary arts in France and Switzerland. His belief
is that fresh products need not be greatly altered, and that
by guarding the natural tastes of the product, one creates a
sense of place with not only the meal, but the experience.
Jimenez's multicultural and international
background and training allow him to create unique and
creative culinary masterpieces with fresh, local and seasonal
produce.
