PLATTEVILLE, Colo.—
A feed lot caught fire near Platteville Wednesday morning. Crews from multiple fire departments were called to help put out the fire.It happened at the Ulrich Farms feed lots, near Highway 66 on Weld County Road 21 west of Platteville.
Officials said it looked like the fire started in a feed pile, and then spread to some vehicles and tires. They did not report any injuries as of 7:00 a.m., although crews were still on scene working on the fire.
Members of the Platteville-Gilcrest Fire Department and the Frederick-Firestone Fire Protection District responded to fight the fire.
