Carrot Cake Strudel
Studel Dough
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Bread Flour
1/2 TBL Salt
1 each Egg Yolk
3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 Cup Water

Method:
Add the flours to a mixing bowl, add the egg and oil mix. Then add the water mix until well incorporated.
Nead dough for ten minutes. Wrap and Chill.
