1 8-ounce container sour cream
1 envelope taco seasoning mix

2) Spread evenly into a serving dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
Kicker Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Serves: 4
Start to finish: 30 minutes
This recipe is really good and easy. I get the really mild buffalo sauce and my kids eat this with no problem, but spice up your sauce if preferred. I also think bleu cheese is an awesome topping, but definitely not for everyone, so a tasty option.
1 lb ground chicken
1 cup bread crumbs
1 bottle mild buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 package dinner rolls
1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing
1 cup blue cheese - optional
1) In a small pot, melt the butter and stir in the entire bottle of wing sauce.
2) In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1/2 of sauce mixture, and bread crumbs. Make bun sized patties. Cook in a skillet on medium heat for 8 - 10 mins per side - until chicken is no longer pink. Baste patties with remaining sauce mixture.
3) Heat rolls. Add a patty and generously add ranch dressing and / or blue cheese to each.
