Teriyaki Chicken Satay and Grilled Pineapple

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts - sliced into thin strips
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 cup sour cream
************************ 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into long spears

12 wooden skewers - soaked in water
1) In a small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sour cream. Stir until sour cream is completely mixed in. Place chicken strips in marinade.
2) Line pineapple spears up side by side and run 3 skewers through the sides of the spears, connecting all the spears.
