Recipes from Lime
Margarita Marinade for Chicken or Mahi Mahi

1/4 cup Fresh Lime juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Sauza Gold tequila
2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon Mexican Oregano
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon pure chile powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Marinate the chicken or mahi for up to 6 hours. Grill and serve with pico de gallo or pineapple salsa.

Pico De Gallo


2 cups chopped Roma tomatoes ( about 5 tomatoes)
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1 fresh jalapeno finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Kosher salt to taste
