Ingredients:
6 King Crab Legs
4-6 Tbs. Butter
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt (more or less to taste)
Directions:
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Heat the butter either on the grill or in the microwave and add the garlic salt and stir.
Cut one side of the crab legs all the way down the leg with kitchen scissors. Using a food syringe, suck up the garlic butter then inject into the crab leg. Inject all along the cut line of each crab leg until all of the butter is gone. Keep the crab legs cut side up so the butter does not leak out. Grill the crab legs cut side up so the butter stays in the leg and the meat soaks up everything. Grill for 5 minutes. Turn the legs over and most of the butter will fall out and grill for 5 more minutes or until done.
It soaks up so much flavor so there is no need to dip the crab in butter or anything!
