Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup peeled, finely chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 pork loin chops
Directions:
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, lemon juice, dill weed and salt. Blend well and set aside. Rub the pork chop with salt, pepper, and oil. Let refrigerate. Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Cover the chops in half of the cucumber sauce and place on grill. Cook about 5 minutes and baste the pork with the sauce, flip and baste again. Cook until desired temperature it met.
Serve with:
Grilled vegetables, squash (yellow and zucchini), red onions, bell peppers ( red, green, orange) heirloom or beeksteak tomatoes.
