Ingredients:
1 6 oz. can of orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh)
1/1 tsp hot pepper sauce
6 chicken breasts, skinned
Combine all ingredients but chicken. Add chicken, coating each piece with marinade. Cover and marinate 3 hours or more in refrigerator. Remove from marinade and broil (or grill) until chicken is tender and cooked through.
