1 Pound of Bacon

1-1.5 Pounds of Chicken

1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce

6 Jalapenos

Package of wooden skewers, soaked in water, cut each skewer in half

Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken until about a quarter inch thick, cut into strips about 2.5 inches wide. Wash jalapenos and cut into strips lengthwise (leaving the seeds in is your choice!).

Place strips of jalapenos perpendicular to the length of a strip of chicken. Roll up the chicken.

Take one piece of bacon and wrap around chicken roll in same direction so that the jalapeno strips are still sticking out the sides. Secure roll with two pieces of skewers.

Repeat until all the chicken and bacon is used up.

Put chicken on grill.

After a few minutes brush with BBQ sauce and grill until no pink remains in center of chicken.
