Mix: 2 pounds ground beef( I prefer bison-leaner)

2/3 cup of crushed Saltines

1 egg

4 table spoons grated parmesean cheese

1/3 cup Coca Cola

1/4 cup Western salad dressing

It may be necessary to add a few more crackers if the mixture is too moist and not firm enough to form patties.This will yield approx. 12 burgers.

In separate bowl mix 1/3 cup Coca cola and 1/4 cup French salad dressing to baste the burgers while cooking on grill.

Cook each side 4 minutes or so on high heat - 500 degrees or so. Flip second time and baste each pattie with cola/dressing mixture while continuing to cook at about 300 degrees for 5 minutes on each side.

These come out so moist and flavorful You will not need condiments or cheese!
