ARVADA (KWGN) Fire investigators suspect arson after a fire at Arvada High School Wednesday morning.
A fire was reported in a stairwell at the school off West 65th Avenue at 10:30 a.m.
A police officer used a dry chemical extinguisher to put much of the fire out before firefighters got there.
Students were evacuated for 30 minutes. No one was hurt.
