Watch them. Rate them. Then see who wins. That's how you do the Oscars.

With 10 movies up for Best Picture this year, you need to get a jump start on your Oscars homework. First off, you have to watch them. That's right. All 10 of them.

Usually movie theaters do specials where they string together all the Oscar-nominated Best Picture films so you can see them all in one go. If you do this with all 10 (especially if you enjoy your movies with a 64-oz. Big Gulp in hand), you might want to check out this website first: Runpee.com

Ah, the invention of the internet. Helping people know when to pee in movies before they even see them. "Helping your blatter enjoy going to the movies as much as you do." That's this site's motto.

Say you want to go see Avatar but you don't want to sit through 2 hours and 40 minutes with a super-sized soda in you. Runpee tells you when the best time is to leave the 3D men-in-blue to hit the restroom.

For Avatar, RunPee.com gives five different points during the movie that are best for stepping out to do your business. The first one is 56 minutes into the movie. It says, "Runpee approximately 56 minutes into the movie when...flying through the floating mountains Trudy says, 'You should see your faces."

Each suggestion of when to Runpee also has a synopsis that says "You will have approximately 4 minutes to RunPee while..." and the site gives you a brief description of what happens during your pee time. Brilliant!

Now that you've watched them, it's time to rate them. My favorite place for movie reviews and ratings is Rottentomatoes.com. Check out critics reviews all in one place and gage a movie by the Tomatometer to see how the general public feels about it.

Of course the fun part comes on Oscar night, but why just sit around and watch the Oscars when you can make it an interactive event! If you're not hosting or attending an Oscar party, that doesn't mean you can't get in on the Oscar-night action. Login to the Oscar page and interact with other viewers on their message board and also through their Facebook and Twitter account.
